Due to rapid growth within the Township and the space constraints in the existing municipal/police facility, the Township of Ewing decided to construct a new facility on a 35-acre site. The facility includes separate administrative, court and police facilities. Careful consideration was given to the location of these departments in order to promote strong inter-relationships between the court, the violations bureau and the police records department. Holding cells are located within the police facility in close proximity to the court to facilitate the transfer of prisoners. Emergency services facilities are located on this site.
