The Owner and Franchisee was referred to FVHD to be the Architect on record for the IHOP Restaurant Project in Hamilton, NJ. Challenged with a strict schedule, FVHD worked hand-in-hand with the Owner and the Owner’s Civil Engineers to incorporate the IHOP standard designs to meet local codes and requirements.
