THE CULINARY CREATIONS OF CEDAR CREEK WILL BE SURE TO IMPRESS

We are excited to see the final touches getting put on the new Culinary Arts Classroom at Cedar Creek High School.  This state-of-the-art learning environment provides a full array of cooking and cleaning equipment for a rapidly expanding program at the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District.  Here students will learn all aspects of commercial food preparation and sanitation.  In addition to two cooking lines that can fully operate simultaneously, the room also houses a commercial steamer station, mulitple large pot sinks integrated with a commercial dishwasher, several large refrigerators & freezers, and a traditional classroom setting that doubles as cooking line prep space.  We can't wait to see what dietary delights the students will create with this amazing new space!
