FVHD celebrates the opening of the new Fanwood Memorial Public Library in Fanwood, NJ. FVHD Principal George Duthie and Associate Dan Schittone attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, September 14. The ceremony was well attended, and patrons wasted no time enjoying their beautiful new facility. This project was funded in large part by a State of New Jersey library construction grant. Located in the Fanwood Historic District, the building integrates well into its surroundings and features ample daylighting, a community room with access to an exterior patio, gallery space, a dedicated children's room, teen room, and business center. The project team included Connolly & Hickey Historical Architects (Cranford, NJ), Construction Manager Epic Management (Piscataway, NJ), and General Contractor M&M Construction (Cranford, NJ).
