Project Description:
ALL SITE WORK INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING: THE ABANDONMENT OF THEIR EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM; THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 618-LINEAR FOOT 8-INCH GRAVITY SANITARY SEWER MAIN TO PROVIDE SEWER SERVICE FOR THE DISTRICT'S ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; CONSTRUCTION OF A 122-LINEAR FOOT 6-INCH SANITARY SEWER LATERAL AND CLEANOUT TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AS WELL AS SEWER SERVICE LATERAL STUBS WITH CLEANOUTS FOR FUTURE CONNECTIONS OF THE TWO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. SUPPLEMENTAL WORK INCLUDES: REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF CONCRETE CURB, SIDEWALK, HMA DRIVEWAY AND EXISTING SITE FEATURES, AS NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS. CONSTRUCTION WORK INCLUDES: WORK THAT IS PRIMARILY CIVIL IN NATURE PLUS WORK TRADITIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS GENERAL CONSTRUCTION / PLUMBING WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH DRAWINGS AND AS LISTED AS A PART OF SPECIFICATION SECTIONS, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. ALSO INCLUDES BOTH ADMINISTRATIVE AND COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES. PRIME CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COORDINATION BETWEEN THEIR WORK AND WORK OF OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS. ALL EARTHWORK, SITE UTILITY WORK OUTSIDE THE BUILDING (SANITARY SEWER), AS SPECIFIED IN PART 2 SPECIFICATION SECTIONS. SITEWORK CONCRETE WORK. PAVING WORK.
