This position involves helping other administrative staff with database entry, correspondence, tracking and record-keeping of requisitions and submittals for contractors, scanning, greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling and packaging.
The candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and able to multi-task and have a pleasant and helpful telephone demeanor. The candidate must have the ability to work independently, ensure follow-through and completion of tasks. Experience working in an Architectural and/or Engineering firm is required.
A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
