Project Description:
Roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 3, 12, 12A, and 14, with SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing System with a Thirty (30) Year – NDL Warranty and all associated work. Provide new stainless steel counterflashing, cavity wall insulation, weep holes an all associated work at the existing mechanically keyed through wall flashing, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, expansion joint assembly at wall tie-in, new rooftop unit rails, 4lb lead flashing at vent stack(s), area divider(s), metal roof decking at roof opening infill, pre-finished aluminum metal edge, fascia extender, through-wall flashing at scuppers, pre-finished aluminum coping at parapet walls, pre-finished aluminum coping at parapet walls, pourable sealer pocket, and an FRP/Aluminum door, aluminum door frame, and associated door hardware, as indicated on the drawings. Alternate Bid No. 1: Single Ply EPDM Roofing Membrane System.
