Project Description: | Oakcrest High School: Renovations to one existing culinary arts classroom. New grease interceptor. Modifications to existing indicated windows were removed and new ductwork install; saw cut existing concrete floor slab to facilitate new plumbing work, infill with new concrete, vapor barrier, finish floor to match adjacent material / color; temporarily remove, store indicated cabinets, reinstall after renovation work has been completed; provide and install new acoustic ceiling tiles within the existing suspended grid system (to remain); provide and install new gypsum board wall construction; provide and install stainless steel sheet wall panels; provide and install new exterior concrete / step; provide and install concrete filled bollards and reinstall existing salvaged bollards; all indicated casework; all plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical system work, as indicated on the drawings. Associated HVAC work is by others under separate contract. Cedar Creek High School: Renovations to one existing second floor classroom into a new culinary arts classroom. New grease interceptor. Saw cut existing concrete floor slab to facilitate new plumbing work, infill with new concrete, vapor barrier, finish floor to match adjacent material / color; temporarily remove, store indicated cabinets, reinstall after renovation work has been completed; provide and install new acoustic ceiling tiles within the existing suspended grid system (to remain); provide and install new gypsum board wall construction; provide and install stainless steel sheet wall panels; all indicated casework; all plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical system work, as indicated on the drawings. All other indicated work. Associated HVAC work is by others under separate contract.
