| Project Description: | Complete removal of
existing roofing system down to existing roof deck. The new roofing system
shall be a modified bitumen roofing system, with a 20-year NDL warranty. All
metal edge and coping will be included in roof manufacturer’s warranty. All
existing drains shall receive a new retro drain insert. |
