Project Description: | Replacement of all window units in existing openings. Masonry repair and restoration as needed (allowance). Related interior repairs and other work as needed. Detailed Scope of Work: Replacement of all existing window units. Existing doors will remain. New windows will be white painted finish, dual glazed, double-hung with insect screens and integral blinds. Security film or glazing in select areas to be discussed. An allowance will be included for this work. Second floor windows to be equipped with limit stops. Restoration of damaged finishes and building elements resulting from window deterioration and removal including wood framing, plaster, etc. Interior and exterior trim and painting as needed to create a finished condition.
