| Project Description: | HVAC equipment pre-purchase and delivery to the school. All work in accordance with Specification Sections and in accordance with Contract Documents. Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Work includes: Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system equipment, including all work in accordance with drawings and Part-5 specification sections. Also includes both administrative and coordination responsibilities. HVACR Contractor is responsible for all coordination between his/her work and work of all Subcontractors. Work shall include preparation of shop drawings, pre-purchase the indicated HVACR equipment and deliver to the school, as indicated in the Contract Documents. |
