| Project Description: | 30 year .090” EPDM Roof System base bid. 20 Year .060” EPDM Roof System by alternate bid. Remove and replace: All edge metal and downspouts; joint material in all stone coping, panels, and pedestals; and all ductwork on the roof with new duct work. Metal panel system at the rising wall on a portion of the highest roof area. Replace skylights. Provide safety rails. Roof approx. 12,600 sf. Replace 3 small fans in kind. |
