| Project Description: | Provide and install new exterior metal wall panels and 3/4" hat channels and liquid vapor barrier over the existing aggregate wall system. Temporarily disconnect, store or move out of the way the existing exterior light fixtures, conduit, cable raceways, fire alarm & public address devices, mechanical louvers & ductwork, security cameras, signs to facilitate the installation of the new metal wall system. Extend and reflash emergency overflows going through parapet walls. Metal panel system shall have a 10 weathertightness warranty and a 30-year finish warranty. |
