Project Description: | The system includes door position switches, dry contact alarm inputs, passive infrared sensors, arm/program/disarm keypads, local alarm sirens, hard-wired telephone alarm output to the Owner’s monitoring station (hard wired telephone output for alarms during ”non-working hours”) and connections to the Owner’s data network system (data network connection for cell phone message indication when an exterior door is left open for a period longer than two minutes. The difference between ”working hours” and ”non-working hours” shall be a manual input to one of the arm/disarm keypads; all other indicated work. |
