Demolish the existing Fanwood Library and prepare the site and building pad for the new library. Construct a new two-story Fanwood Library: First Floor: Vestibule/Book Drop, Lobby/Circulation Desk, Gallery, Community Rm’s. A & B, Children’s Services, Storytelling Rm., Teen Space, Community Living Rm., Business Center, Tech./Work Rm., Director’s Office, Break Rm., Office, Men’s & Women’s Toilets, Janitor’s Closet, Fire Pump Rm., Storage, Stair 1, 2 & 3, Elevator. Second Floor: Adult Services Rm’s. A & B, Quiet Study, Storage/Future Use Rm’s., Mechanical/Storage Rm. Toilet Rm., Janitor’s Closet. All plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical and electrical system work as indicated on the drawings. All indicated casework and equipment. All other indicated work.
