Project Description: | The Base Bid work consists of but is not limited to the following: Roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A, 11, 12, 13 with SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing System with a Thirty (30) Year - NDL Warranty and all associated work. Provide new stainless steel counterflashing, architectural cmu, cavity wall insulation, weep holes, mechanically keyed through wall flashing and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install expansion joint assembly at rising wall tie-in, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install roof to roof expansion joints and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new rooftop unit rails, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install new pipe curb(s), as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install pre-finished aluminum metal edge, and fascia extender, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install pipe / conduit hangers and pipe supports, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install painted galvanized steel guardrail system where indicated on the drawings. Remove and replace the existing door, frame and hardware with new FRP Door/ aluminum frame and hardware set, as indicated on the drawings. All other indicated work. Alternate Bid No. 1: Roofing Removal and Replacement of Roof Areas #1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A, 11, 12, 13 with a 90 Mil Single-Ply Roofing Membrane System. |
