Project Description: | A complete removal of existing built-up roof systems down to
existing roof deck, and a complete recovery system over existing single ply
roof system.
New roof system shall be EPDM single ply with a 20-year NDL
warranty, with an alternate of modified bitumen with a 20-year NDL warranty.
All metal edging, gutters and downspouts to be included in roof manufacturers
warranty. All existing drains shall receive a new retro drain insert. |
