Project Description: | 5425A2: Project entails renovations to existing unused fourth floor area to create a new career training education center for allied medical professions. Includes lab area, seminar area, instructors office and storage. Installation of a new elevator/lift to access the area. Work includes new HVAC, electrical and plumbing work. Work area is approximately 4,200 SF. 5425A3: Re-configure the lower-level locker room area (work area 13,400SF) to improve access, functionality, and operations. Project includes renovations to locker rooms, instructors’ offices, trainer’s room, fitness/cardio room and weight room. Project includes construction of new health classrooms as well as toilet facilities including single use gender-neutral rooms. Electrical, HVAC/exhaust and plumbing systems will also be upgraded. 5425A4: modernize the existing gymnasium building (work area 14,000 SF). Project will include replacement of the wood sports floor, bleachers, athletic equipment, wall pads and other items. Includes electrical lighting, power upgrades, HVAC enhancements, doors/hardware and other improvements. Upgrades and finishes work will also be done in the lobby, stair towers and toilet rooms. |
