Project Description: | The work consists of but is not limited to the following:
Interior renovations at media center spaces and support spaces at two separate school buildings in two separate townships for the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. Work consists of demolition of architectural finishes/furnishings and partition walls composed of various materials, construction of masonry and metal stud framed partition walls, installation of floor finishes, painting, and acoustical ceiling system modifications and installations, and library equipment and casework. There is underslab sanitary plumbing work, and above slab domestic and sanitary plumbing work. Mechanical work consists of minor modifications, diffuser/register replacement, and air balancing. There is underslab electrical work, and various new wiring devices with new wiring and low voltage cabling. New lighting fixtures are proposed as well. Book storage and relocation will be performed by the Owner.
