Project Description:Construction of three new barrier free (ADA) single-use toilet rooms in three existing pre-kindergarten classrooms.  The toilet room work includes new stud walls with gypsum board and paint, tile backer board and tile wainscot, tile floors, new ceilings with lighting, new doors with frames, new plumbing fixtures, and new toilet room accessories.  The scope also includes modifications to the existing classrooms such demolition of existing floors, closets and soffits, ceiling modifications, door modifications, and casework modifications.  The work also includes associated Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical work.
Estimated Project Cost:$430,000.00
