Site Work including access driveway, parking lot, site signage, walkways, patterned concrete plaza, utility services, storm water management, site lighting, landscaping, ornamental fence, bollards and storage sheds; Construct 270 SF Addition with Secure Vestibule and Security Office, including alterations to existing building at connection to Addition, including roofing repair; 1,100 SF of Alterations to convert existing Music / OT/PT Classroom into General Office, Principal’s Office and Corridor; 2,300 SF of Alterations to reconfigure Library.
Alternate Bids will be taken for the following:
Alternate 1 – 1,400 SF of Alterations to convert existing General Office, Principal’s Office, Work Room, Toilets and Cot/Exam Room into Mail Room, Faculty Toilet, Conference Rm., Assistant Principal’s Office, Nurse Office, Treatment Room, Exam/Testing, Nurse Storage, Toilet Room, and Building Storage; Alternate 2 – Louver Screen at existing Kitchen Door.
