Project Description: | 5431A: New addition (approx. 10,500SF) to include new administrative space for superintendent, business office, human resources, meeting space and support spaces. Site work to include parking lot and driveways, barrier-free accessible routes, storm drainage, landscaping, lighting and others. 5431B: Renovations (approx. 4,700SF) to include new CST suite and re-configurations to suit district IT, transportation, facilities and other administrative functions. Rehabilitation projects to include toilet rooms, partial window replacement, HVAC and others as needed. Loading dock rehabilitation (FVHD #5432) to include concrete repairs, loading dock edges, dock equipment, stairs and railings and other improvements as needed.
