Project Description: | The work consists of but is not limited to the following:
5285 – Miscellaneous ADA Renovations at
Manalapan-Englishtown Regional BOE Offices
Work for the Miscellaneous ADA Renovations at
Manalapan-Englishtown Regional BOE Offices, consists of a newly constructed
exterior ADA concrete ramp at the main entrance of the building. The
installation of the ramp will require the relocation of an existing downspout.
And where new or reconnection of the door access control(s) are warranted on
the project, work shall be coordinated with the School District’s Vendor.
Internally, the project will encompass the renovation of the
vestibule floor at the main entrance with new door and side light frame
assemblies at the two entry points. At the existing Board Meeting Room, the
reconfiguration at the main entrance doorway will be conducted to meet ADA push
and pull egress requirements. And a full renovation of the Women’s
Restroom; and a partial renovation of the Men’s Restroom at the first floor
level will be proposed along with the replacement of the hot water system in
the men’s room.
5286 – Exterior Door Replacement at Manalapan-Englishtown
Middle School
The Exterior Door Replacement at Manalapan-Englishtown
Middle School, proposes to replace a selection of existing exterior doors,
frames, hardware and associated work such as providing and installing conduit
back boxes for door access control where indicated. And where new or
reconnection of the door access controls are warranted on the project, work
shall be coordinated with the School District’s Vendor. |
