This project has NO PLA
A complete removal of existing built-up roof systems down to
existing roof deck, and restoration coating over existing built-up roof system.
New roof system shall be EPDM single ply with a 20-year NDL
warranty, with an alternate of modified bitumen with a 20-year NDL warranty,
and a reinforced restoration coating with a 15-year NDL warranty. All metal
edging to be included in roof manufacturers warranty. All existing drains shall
receive a new retro drain insert.
