Single Overall Contract
DPMC Classification(s): C066 and C072 with C032, C047 or C009 with C066, C072, C032, C047
EPDM replacement. Remove and
replace the EPDM portions of the existing school. These areas include the
cafeteria and multi-purpose room areas. There are four (4) areas of the
existing roofing system that is a PUF (polyurethane foam) system and we
recommend an EPDM roofing system.
Kindle ES - shingle replacement.
Removal and replacement of existing shingles with new asphalt shingles, and a
limited lifetime warranty on the materials.
The low sloped design will provide
new tapered insulation, with an average R value of 30, with new copings and
flashings, and provision of new flashings at all rising walls. Project will
provide a base bid of a 20 year warranty system (60 mils) and an alternate bid
for a 30 year warranty system (90 mils).
Remove all existing low slope roofs
of the building, much of which is BUR with a stone surface down to the existing
roof deck. Some Provide new roof insulation, roof recovery board,
and finished EPDM roofing system with all associated flashing and modifications
to existing roof top equipment, for a minimum 20-year warranty with an
alternate bid for a 30-year warranty.
