Project Description:Interior renovations to upgrade and provide new finishes to the east and West Cafeterias, including but not limited to new ceilings and lighting upgrades, soffits for food stations, new shutters, monitors, new corridor doors, painting of walls and new finishes, new openings to adjacent spaces and renovations to the ductwork to accommodate the new ceiling layouts.  Project also includes removal of the interior wall between the East Cafeteria and the adjacent Kitchen, and relocation of the serving lines and cashier stations, and including all electrical work.
Estimated Project Cost:$700,000.00
