Project Description: | Removal and replacement of existing air handling equipment, in the middle section of the building and the shop area to the back, adjacent to the boiler room. This work will include necessary flashing, roof curb work, reconnection of existing ductwork to the new unit, and ancillary structural steel and electrical work. The removal and replacement of the units will be the base bid, and the removal and replacement of the ductwork will be the alternate bid. Automatic Temperature Control System - connection of new equipment into the head end system. |
