Mr Avance is a creative, organized and dynamic Interior Designer with a dedicated work ethic. He has worked on numerous educational and senior living projects ranging from new construction to extensive alterations and renovations. Ian participated from programming and planning, finishes and furniture selection, and installation, through to completion in each of these projects.  As an experienced Architectural Designer, Ian has vast experience with architectural design, documentation, and construction
administration with a variety of building types ranging in size and cost
