DANIEL P. SCHITTONE - ASSOCIATE

Dan joined FVHD as a Project Architect, and is now an Associate, with nearly a decade of extensive architectural, technical, and design experience for educational and public facility projects throughout New Jersey. Dan’s background and knowledge base includes a range of project scales including new construction, additions, alterations and renovations specializing in public educational (K-12) projects. In addition, he has experience working on all stages of the architectural and construction process from initial meetings and schematic design through code analysis, construction documentation, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, and project closeouts ensuring successful project completion. As a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design & Construction certified by the USGBC, Dan’s experience with LEED certification, and knowledge of sustainable design and green building strategies has allowed him to assist project teams addressing potential areas of sustainability. Dan is committed and focused on delivering the best projects that meet and exceed client goals and expectations
