Contract(s):Single Overall Contract (C008 or C009 with C047)
Project Description:Provide and install wood interior door and hollow metal interior door and associated work (existing door frames to remain).
Install interior signage, security window film or door glazing, overhead rolling grille and all associated work.
Alternate Bid for security glazing in lieu of security window film.
Electrical Work includes power distribution and wiring for all electrically operated equipment and fixtures.
Estimated Project Cost:$1,722,500
Contract Document Cost:Bid Documents will be available from the Architect for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for disk or upon deposit of $150.00 for each paper set, checks payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. If contractor requests shipping, a direct shipping account number must be provided to the Architect and for paper sets, a separate non-refundable handling fee of $25.00 per set payable in advance. Deposits will be refunded only if the bid documents are returned in whole in good condition, bound in proper order, unmarked and returned within ten (10) days after the opening of bids, by a Bidder submitting a bona fide bid. Bidders should only rely on original digital and paper versions of the bidding contract documents obtained directly from the Architect's office.

Additional Information:Milestone Dates:
Physical work at the site shall commence on or about June 24, 2019.
Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be on or before 161 calendar days from the notice to proceed, August 28, 2019.
Final Completion of all work including punch list items and closeout documents, no later than 30 days from substantial completion, September 27, 2019.
