Project Description:
The project consists of the Security Vestibule Alterations and Carpet Replacement at Cambridge Park Elementary School for the Matawan-Aberdeen Regional School District, Board of Education, Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Base Bid work consists of construction of a new transaction window with bullet resistant glazing and fire-rated counter shutter between the existing Secure Vestibule and the new Security Office, together with all mechanical and electrical system work, as indicated on drawings.

An Alternate Bid will be taken to remove existing carpeting and wall base in various offices and install new carpet tile flooring and rubber wall base.

Estimated Project Cost:$40,000
Contract Document Cost:Bid Documents will be available from the Architect on disk for a non-refundable fee of $100.00, checks payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. If shipping is requested, a direct shipping account number must be provided. If shipped a separate non-refundable handling fee of $25 per set and a direct shipping account number must be provided to the Architect. Paper sets are available upon deposit of $150 for each set payable in advance. Deposits will be refunded if the bid documents are returned in whole in good condition, bound in proper order, unmarked and returned within ten (10) days after the opening of bids, by a Bidder submitting a bona fide bid. Disclaimer: Bidders should only rely on original digital and paper versions of the bidding contract documents obtained directly from the Architect's office.
