Project Description:5015AS (Antheil ES): Construction of eight (8) new tennis courts that includes chain link fence, concrete pads for bleachers and the construction of additional asphalt parking area, access road, and side walks.

5015DS1 (Ewing HS): Parking lot improvements that include the demolition of existing tennis courts and the construction/addition of new parking area and renovations of existing parking area.
Estimated Project Cost:$1,600.000
Contract Document Cost:Bid Documents will be available from the Architect on disk for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. If shipped, a direct shipping account must be provided to the Architect. Paper sets are available upon deposit of $250.00 for each. If shipped, a direct shipping account number must be provided and a separate non-refundable handling fee of $25.00 per set payable in advance. Deposits will only be refunded if the bid documents are returned in whole in good condition, bound in proper order, unmarked and returned within ten (10) days after the opening of bids, by a Bidder submitting a bona fide bid.
