The work consists of removal and replacement of all existing ATC systems serving HVAC equipment at thee District schools: Arthur Rann Elementary School, Smithville Elementary School and Pomona Preschool.
Work will include:
Reproduce all existing sequences of operation for all HVAC equipment at each location and provide an all new BACnet top to bottom DDC BMS complete with new head end computer, web based head end software and all new MS/TP com bus throughout all three locations.
Provide all new sensors for all existing air side equipment and occupied spaces, and reuse (wherever possible) all end devices, i.e. control valves, damper actuators, relays, etc.
Wherever end devices are inoperable, or incompatible with the new BMS, they shall be replaced with new fully compatible units.
Create graphic representations for all existing HVAC equipment at all three locations on the new head end to graphically represent control of each piece of equipment in real time, simple spread sheets will not be acceptable.
All three schools controls must be viewable from the new head end computer supplied under this contract located at the main Facilities Office.
Prepare and submit as a shop drawing, commissioning sheets indicating compliance with all sequences of operation, the stroking of all control valves, dampers, operation of fans and all unit start/stop commands and occupied/unoccupied schedule operation at the end of the project.
