Project Description:Exterior Door Replacement at McKinley Avenue Elementary School, FVHD-4836A: Removal and replacement of exterior doors and hardware in existing door frame to remain, as indicated on the drawings. Provide and install fire-rated security glazing and tempered glazing, where indicated on the drawings. All other indicated work.  Single Overall Contract:  The contract includes: All work in accordance with drawings, Parts 2, specification sections and in accordance with Contract Documents.  General Construction Work includes:Work that is primarily architectural in nature plus work traditionally recognized as general construction in accordance with drawings and as listed as a part of Part 2 specification sections, unless otherwise indicated: Also includes both administrative and coordination responsibilities. General Construction Contractor is responsible for all coordination between his work and work of all Subcontractors.

Contract Document Cost:Any bidder should contact the Architect's Office to confirm availability of documents. The Bid Documents may be obtained from the Architect upon deposit of $150.00 (One Hundred Fifty Dollars) for each set, made payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie. If bidder requests documents to be shipped, they must provide their direct shipping account number to the Architect and a separate non-refundable handling fee of $25.00 per set payable in advance to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, PC. Deposit will be refunded if the bidding documents are returned in whole, bound and in good condition and returned within ten (10) days after the opening of bids, by a Bidder submitting bona fide bid.
