|Contract Document Cost:||Bid Documents will be available from the Architect, 1515 Lower Ferry Road, Trenton, NJ 08618.
FOR DISKS: A non-refundable fee of $100.00 for disk, check payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C.. If we are to ship the disk to you, please provide your FedEx or UPS number and indicate Overnight, Ground, 2-Day, etc.
FOR PAPER SETS: Refundable deposit of $150 for each paper set, check payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. If contractor requests shipping, please provide a second, non-refundable check for $25 for handling fee. A direct shipping account number must also be provided. Please indicate Overnight, Ground, etc. Deposits will be refunded if the bid documents are returned in whole in good condition, bound in proper order, unmarked and returned within ten (10) days after the opening of bids, by a Bidder submitting a bonafide bid. If you decide not to bid, please return the paper set BEFORE the bidding due date to get your refund.
