Mr. Dubowitch has been with our firm since he was a student, and is currently an Associate, a member of the AIA, and of NCARB.
Jason also serves as a project architect, involved in the programming, cost estimating, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for projects of varying scope and scale. He also has extensive experience creating and presenting dynamic client presentations with rendered CGI images and animations.
As an Associate, he works directly with our clients from the inception of each project through completion of construction, as well as overseeing our projects managers and consultants on multiple projects with various clients. Concurrently, in this role, he is involved in project team planning and scheduling, firm marketing development and internal office standards & protocol development. He also serves as assistant IT manager at FVHD, assisting in computer and network maintenance, enforcing CAD standards, and providing general information technology support.
Jason's comprehensive knowledge of design and Information Technology contributes greatly to the preparation of our visual presentations to clients and advancement of the office computer hardware and software. With a strong interest in sustainable design, Jason is the lead solar PV designer at FVHD, having completed several projects totaling approximately 3 megawatts of clean energy production.
"...I want a firm that will look at the school as if they own the building.I want a firm that will listen to what the Administrators are looking for in a project. I want a firm that will take their experience and knowledge, coupled with the ideas of the district, and turn it into a completed project. I have found that firm to be Fraytak, Veisz, Hopkins and Duthie.”
"[FVHD] has served as architect of record from the beginning with major construction projects since 1980, which include the building of our 71,000 square foot middle school in 1991; an addition to our primary school; replacement of our primary school roof; and most recently the completion of renovations of both building's interiors, along with rooftop solar panel systems as an energy saving and "green" project. All projects were completed on-time and within budget. [FVHD] was very helpful in making sure all documentation and designs were completed to specifications. They were instrumental in the completion of documents sent to the State for SDA grant funding. I would recommend Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. to any school district considering a capital construction project, or if needed, as an architect of record for routine projects..."
